Trusted Agency Law is committed to giving advocates and clients control over the personal information and document copies we hold on their behalf. This policy explains how you can request deletion of your data and what to expect once you do.
2. What Can Be Deleted
- Contact information (name, phone number, email address, physical address).
- Digital copies of documents submitted through our website, WhatsApp, or email.
- Communication records related to your request(s).
- Physical photostate copies still in our possession (originals are always returned to their owner and are never retained by us).
3. How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion of your data by contacting us through any of the following:

Please include your full name, the phone number or email used when you contacted us, and a brief description of the request or documents involved, so we can locate your records accurately.
4. Verification
To protect against fraudulent deletion requests, we may ask you to verify your identity (for example, by confirming the phone number or email associated with your request) before processing it.
5. Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion has been completed.
6. Exceptions
Some information may be retained beyond a deletion request where required by law, to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, to resolve an active dispute, or where an advocate has an ongoing case that depends on documents already delivered to their office (in which case the advocate, not Trusted Agency Law, becomes the record holder). We will inform you if any part of your request cannot be fulfilled and explain why.
