1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Trusted Agency Law ("we", "us", "our"), based in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan, including document photocopying, attestation, collection and delivery, and general legal paperwork assistance for advocates and their clients. By requesting or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Services
We provide administrative and logistical support services related to legal paperwork, including:
- Photocopying (photostate) of documents provided by clients or advocates.
- Attestation coordination for copied documents where required.
- Collection of documents from clients and delivery to the relevant advocate's office, and vice versa.
- General assistance with organizing and preparing legal paperwork.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or drafting of legal opinions. All legal advice remains the responsibility of the instructing advocate.
3. Client & Advocate Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, complete, and lawfully obtained documents for processing.
- You are responsible for verifying that copies and attestations meet the requirements of the court, authority, or institution they are intended for.
- You must not request us to handle documents that are fraudulent, forged, or unlawfully obtained.
4. Fees & Payment
Service fees are agreed upon before work begins, either directly with the client or through the instructing advocate. Payment is due as agreed at the time of request unless otherwise arranged in writing.
5. Turnaround Time
We aim to complete requests promptly, particularly where court deadlines apply. However, turnaround times are estimates and may be affected by document volume, third-party attestation offices, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Document Handling & Confidentiality
We treat all documents entrusted to us as confidential. Documents are handled only by authorized personnel, used solely for the purpose of completing the requested service, and not disclosed to any third party except the advocate or client involved in the request, or as required by law. 7. Limitation of Liability
While we take reasonable care in handling and copying documents, we are not liable for outcomes related to the legal use of those documents, including their acceptance or rejection by courts or authorities. Our liability for any error directly caused by our service is limited to re-performing the affected service at no additional cost.
8. Cancellations
Requests may be cancelled before work has begun without charge. Once collection, copying, or attestation has started, cancellation may be subject to a partial fee reflecting work already completed.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab.
